Annual Dinner Meeting

Note that while this meeting has historically been held in February, due to our inclement winter weather and ice over the past several years on the night of this meeting, we will now hold this meeting in March, beginning in 2026.

On the first Wednesday in March at 6:30PM, we will have our annual dinner meeting for our members. Meat, cheese, buns and beverages are provided, while we ask our members to bring a covered dish to share. We always try to have the Houston Jazz Band perform for entertainment during dinner. Dinner begins at 6:30PM and our annual meeting begins at 7:00PM. During this time, we elect new trustees for a three year term. We wrap up the meeting with door prizes.
